PalmRead Online verdict
PalmRead Online is the right pick for someone who wants a low-friction, one-time palmistry experience without handing over an email address or committing to a subscription. The free tier is genuinely free and the $4.99 full report is a flat, no-recurring-charge purchase, which puts it ahead of competitors that bury their costs in subscriptions. It is not a tool for anyone expecting analytical depth or the kind of conversational follow-up that a general AI assistant like ChatGPT can provide after generating an interpretation.
Strengths
Genuinely free first reading with no account, no email, and no card required, not a trial that converts to a subscription.
Flat $4.99 one-time charge for the full report, with no subscription and no recurring billing, is rare in this category.
Weaknesses
No conversational follow-up: once the report is generated, the user cannot ask the tool to clarify a line, compare hands, or explore an interpretation further, a hard limit that general AI assistants do not have.
Web-only with no iOS or Android app, which is a meaningful gap given that most users will be photographing their palm on a mobile device and then navigating a browser flow rather than a native camera integration.
Multifate verdict
Multifate is the clearest entry point on the web for someone who wants a Zi Wei Dou Shu chart without creating an account or paying anything upfront. The AI reading layer is thin compared to what a dedicated practitioner tool offers, and the credit model means costs add up fast if you ask many follow-up questions. Anyone who needs deep transit analysis or offline access should look elsewhere.
Strengths
Full twelve-palace Zi Wei Dou Shu chart with major stars and four transformations is free, with no account required and no hidden gate before the core output.
Five divination systems in one interface (Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, Tarot, Meihua Yishu, Da Liu Ren) with a consistent question-first AI reading format across all of them.
Weaknesses
No transit or timing overlays (decade cycles, annual cycles, monthly cycles) are visible in the free chart output, which is a concrete gap versus tools like FateStar Ziwei that provide multi-level transit analysis at no cost.
AI readings are credit-gated after the free allowance, and at USD 9.99 for 100 credits, a user who asks multiple follow-up questions per session will exhaust credits faster than the price suggests.
