KonnectBot verdict
KonnectBot is the clearest option for small ecommerce teams that want AI-assisted live chat with Shopify or WooCommerce order lookup baked in, all on a predictable flat monthly bill. Its biggest weakness is channel coverage: web chat is live, but Facebook and Instagram messaging are still listed as coming soon, which limits its reach compared to tools that already support social inboxes. Teams that need omnichannel coverage today, or that rely heavily on AI-only deflection at scale, should look elsewhere.
Strengths
Flat monthly pricing with no per-resolution or per-seat AI surcharges: Pro at $59/mo covers 5 agents and 50,000 AI messages, making costs predictable for small teams.
Shopify and WooCommerce order lookup is built directly into the chat thread on Pro and Enterprise, so agents never need to switch tabs to answer order-status questions.
Weaknesses
Facebook and Instagram messaging are listed as coming soon across all plans, including Enterprise at $199/mo, making KonnectBot a web-chat-only product at the time of this review.
The Free plan includes zero AI messages per month, meaning the AI assistant is effectively disabled on the free tier and only activates once you pay for Starter or above.

Robylon is the clearest fit for support teams that want one platform covering email, chat, voice, and WhatsApp without paying per seat. The credit-based model is genuinely fairer than seat licensing for variable-volume teams, but the $180/month Business tier is the minimum to enable voice calls and Zendesk/Freshdesk/Zoho integrations, which is a steep jump from the $25 Pro plan. Teams that only need WhatsApp and web chat and want a lighter spend should look at Relaytiv instead.
Strengths
Credit-based pricing scales with actual conversation volume rather than headcount, so a team of five handling 600 conversations per month pays the same as a team of fifty handling the same load.
Covers email, chat, voice, and WhatsApp from one platform with a shared knowledge base, avoiding the fragmentation of stitching together separate tools per channel.
Weaknesses
Voice calls and all major helpdesk integrations (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk) are locked behind the $180/month Business plan, making the $25 Pro tier materially incomplete for any team already running a helpdesk.
The free Starter plan allows only about 40 conversations per month across a single chat channel with 1 MB of knowledge base storage, which is too limited to run a real pilot for any team with meaningful ticket volume.
